We developed and managed Sonic Electronix's website and ERP from 2003 to 2010. During that period, sales increased more than ten-fold, to $30 M in 2010, and the company made a profit every year.

We redid the Coopoly website in 2008. We integrated the site's database with Coopoly's in-store stock database, which made employee's job easier, made the site more accurate, and allowed a substantial growth in online sales.

We built DINSTINCT.com, one of the most popular private sales website in the Quebec province. The site is bilingual and designed to be very user-friendly. Crealabs is currently helping DINSTINCT keep up with its rapid growth.

We redesigned the website for the Régie intermunicipale d'Acton et des Maskoutains in 2010-2011. The new interface gives a more modern look to the organization and makes it easier for the citizens deserved by the RIAM to find the information they're looking for.

TechnoQC is a news and information site about computer hardware. It was active from 2002 to 2004.

We frequently analyzed Sonic Electronix's processes and vendor accounts from 2008 to 2010. These analysis lead to savings of over $160,000 per year in shipping fees, advertising and payment processing fees. They also lead to the opening of a second warehouse which allows the company to deliver products faster to its customers while getting substantial savings on shipping fees.

We managed the site, and then the hosting infrastructure for LawnSite.com from 2000 to 2010. During that time, this popular web community saw its membership increase from 1,200 to over 100,000 members.
